Lawsuit Filed: Hearing Set

Rep. Bob Marshall has filed a lawsuit to restore the original petition language for the citizen-led 3 to 5 initiative to the Douglas County ballot and to remove the commissioners' conflicting question. A hearing is set for Friday, September 11 at 1:30 PM in Courtroom 5 of the Douglas County Courthouse. Click here for the lawsuit that has been filed.
