Over 20,000 Signatures Delivered to Elections Office Today

This morning we carried over 20,000 signatures into the Douglas County Elections Office.

Every one of those signatures started as a conversation. Someone stood outside a library, a farmers market, a grocery store, or a neighbor's front door and asked for five minutes. Thousands of people in Douglas County said yes.

Thank you to everyone who signed. To the circulators who carried petitions through the hottest weeks of the summer. To the people who shared posts, hosted events, chipped in, and kept showing up.

The Douglas County Clerk and Recorder reviews the signatures next. We will share what we hear. More to come.
